Use the coptic bookbinding technique to stitch together your very own journal! Design your own covers and choose between lined, watercolor, sketchbook, and dotted paper pages to create the journal of your dreams.

Each student will create a custom 6x9 journal with up to 144 pages. Materials will be provided to design the front and back covers and stitch the journals together, choosing from a selection of prepped page bundles arranged however you like. Everyone will learn the stitching process behind coptic bookbinding and take home their completed journal.

About your instructor: Forrest Drake is one half of Drakes Den, a local fiber artist, writer, and lifelong bookseller. Bookbinding lets him blend his passions for art, books, and journaling.
